Carolina Upholstery is a well established and respected family-owned custom furniture and upholstery company in Abilene, Texas offering many services in the fields of furniture and upholstery as well as refinishing and leather/vinyl repair.
Beginning long before Carolina Upholstery was founded by Chris Hyler in 1997, he started out gaining experience working in the furniture factories of North Carolina, America’s original furniture manufacturing state. As time continued he relocated to Abilene, Texas and began building the Carolina Upholstery business along with his wife and family.
18 years later Carolina Upholstery currently operates out of a 16,500 sq. ft. space with a large showroom storefront for in-stock fabrics, leathers and customer service. Our countless pleased customers include many high ranking individuals, businesses and companies in Abilene and the surrounding area. We are committed to quality and customer satisfaction working with everyone from the simple chair recover or repair, to large contract jobs including medical industry reupholstery and church pew refinishing.
